Breakfast choices: Eggs, Eggs with leftover roast, Eggs and Chili, Eggs and Avocado, Greens Smoothly, NutMeal (recipe to come)
Monday – Lunch: Grilled Chicken, Hard Boiled Eggs and Mixed Green Salad
Dinner: Smokey Roast by Everyday Paleo
Tuesday – Lunch: leftover Roast and mixed green salad
Dinner: Chili with gauc (I will be trying a new recipe!)
Wednesday – Lunch: leftover Chili and Gauc
Dinner: Chicken Skewers (lemon pepper seasoning) with Carrot Fries (adapting from Martha Stewart’s recipe)
Thursday – Lunch: Leftovers (roast, chili, or chicken)
Dinner: Ribeye and Collard Greens
Friday – Lunch: Leftover Chicken with Collard Greens
Dinner: Meatloaf Muffins with Sweet Potato topping
