Chicken and Broccoli
Life with three kids is a BLAST. The boys and I stay busy all day!
We are busy most days and sometimes I completely space dinner prep and when I finally notice it is 5:45 or 6 pm. WHOOPS…
That is one thing I love about our fridge. We always have meat and we always have vegetables ready to go! Maybe I have them prepped for this reason… WHOOPS nights!

Here is one of my favorites WHOOPS dinners — CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI
So many ways to prepare these two ingredients and so many things that can be added to improve the dish!
This night – Chicken cooked with Sesame Seed Oil, Broccoil, Coconut Aminos, Salt, Pepper, Sesame Seeds and a side of Cauliflower Rice.




Chicken and broccoli are two of my favorites, too! (The boys aren’t big fans yet, especially Matthew … maybe I need to chop it up more). I love your idea of having meat and vegetables prepped for WHOOPS nights. I need to do this as well! Thanks for the inspiration!!
