Weekly Menu 3/19-3/23
I am a fan of the weekly meal plan!!! One thing, so far I’ve noticed, is I need to make more for dinner. I plan on leftovers and we don’t have enough for everyone to eat leftovers the next day. Hubby gets the leftovers since he goes to work and the kids and I scrounge around for our lunch but that is ok… for now! I will figure it out soon!
Breakfast is still eggs, sausage, smoothies, (rare) pancakes/waffles
Lunches – hubby has leftovers. I have mixed green salads with some sort of meat. Kids have meat and vegetables.
Dinners:
Monday – Sweet Potato Meatballs with Brussels Sprouts (either with cheese or turkey bacon)
Tuesday – Date & Shallot Chicken with Rosemary and Broccoli
Wednesday – Shredded Beef (new recipe) and roasted carrots
Thursday – Chicken and Pepper tacos
Friday – Hamburger with Carrot Fries
I am planning on making crockpot beef ribs this weekend! I found a recipe and hoping to finally enjoy beef ribs!
