Chicken Hash

I have seen several blogs post recipes of Hash. There are so many delicious ways to make such a simple meal. This time we did 3 chicken breast, sweet potato, brussels sprouts and turkey bacon. Super easy and a new favorite go to meal!!!

The Ingredients:

3 Chicken Breast (leftover meat is great!)

1 bag Brussels Sprouts (cut into four pieces)

1 large sweet potato (cut into small pieces)

6 pieces bacon (I used turkey bacon)

3 TBSP Coconut Oil

Pepper

 

The Directions:

I browned my cut up pieces of meat in Olive Oil. Add all ingredients to jelly pan. Scoop out chunks of Coconut Oil and drop onto the vegetables and chicken. Sprinkle pepper over everything and cook at 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes.

ENJOY!!!

This would be great for breakfast served with eggs!!!
