Crock pot Beef Short Ribs
I have attempted making crock pot short ribs several times, now, and never had success. Until now! I am really excited because we have several packs of short ribs from our half cow.
These ribs were seasoned perfectly and fall off the bone tender!
The Ingredients:
Short Ribs (My packs have 6 – 8 slabs)
TBSP Garlic Powder
TBSP Cayenne Powder
TBSP Chili Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/2 cups chicken stock
The Directions:
Add Meat to crock pot and add all seasonings to the top of the ribs. Set crockpot on low and cook for 6 – 8 hours. After about 30 minutes of cooking flip ribs so seasoning mixes with the broth. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before enjoying!
