Eggs over Chicken Hash
Would you believe me if I told you it is only 9 am and my boys and I have already been outside playing!?! I truly am loving my time with my kids! Our oldest is about to turn 5 and my husband reminds me that I only have 15 more years at most with him left.
Hubby is half-joking but WOW only 15 more years to love, mold and to cherish my time with my first-born. I truly cherish my time with my boys. I love how different their sweet personalities are. Mr. 5-year-old is all about sports and playing hard! He loves to run the col-de-sac and ride his bike and playing all sports. He loves staying active and never has been into sitting down and learning or reading. Mr. Strong willed, stubborn 2 1/2-year-old is all about planes, trains and automobiles. He loves helicopters and wants nothing to do with sports. He gets into EVERYTHING! He loves to draw and learn and loves reading books. I cannot wait to see what the baby’s personality is. He is so happy and is so active! He never stops moving. He is not sitting yet, his belly rolls get in the way! He has not had any food yet, AWESOME!
Our days are filled with activities that reach each child! 
We have already sidewalk chalked this morning and 5-year-old has already played golf. We are getting ready to spend the later part of the morning at the park.
With all that being said — I am so sorry blogging has not been happening! I have been playing! I have been cooking and expanding on some already family favorites!
Remember my Chicken Hash?
Well — I am now topping them with fried eggs!!! And I have even left the turkey bacon out or added another spice. This really is one of our top favorites, for now!
I have even made ground beef hash! Recipe to come tomorrow! (I will write the post tonight!)
