Italian Seasoned Burgers

Just a quick post today! Last night we had Italian Seasoned Burgers topped with sauted onions and peppers. Avocado and carrot fries. Dinner was awesome!
Burgers – Seasoned with Italian Seasoning (Rosemary, Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Sage)
We treated ourselves with a 1/2 slice of cheese. It is rare that we add cheese to our burgers.
Sauted Onions and Peppers in coconut oil
Carrot Fries – Slice Carrots into thin slices. Add coconut oil. I did not feel like melting the oil so I massaged the oil on the carrots. Added garlic powder and cinnamon to the fries. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes. So simple!
