Weekly Menu 8/20 – 8/25

When we first started eating healthier {Paleo}, I really benefitted from having weekly meal plans. Every weekend I sit down and plan my meals for the week.  It makes life easier and it is so easy to succeed when you have a plan! 

Here is this weeks plan!!!

Monday – Meatballs and Green Beans
{This has been on the menu the last few weeks but we have gone camping and have not made them yet!}

Tuesday – Chicken Scampi

Wednesday – Chicken Stir-Fry

Thursday – Big batch of Chili

Friday – Sunday — CAMPING, Again!
{Taking leftover chili and making an egg or chicken salad to take with}
