Pumpkin bars
October 30, 2012
I have been in a super Pumpkin kick!
Pumpkin Chili recipe coming tomorrow!
Yesterday, I made my husband and his co-workers, some delicious Pumpkin Bars. I was in a baking mood but did not want the baked goods in the house! So I bake and give away! I started by making Civilized Caveman’s Pumpkin butter with coconut. I then took that mixture and added it to my pumpkin bars. You are welcome to skip that stage.

Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes
Cool and serve*You are welcome to skip the pumpkin/coconut step. Total you want about 1 cup Pumpkin. I made a double batch and used one total can of pumpkin (1/4 cup went to the pumpkin/coconut mixture). Sorry for the confusion!
