Recipe coming after workout! Chicken Parmesan was AMAZING last night! I am excited to share this recipe! Best fried like chicken to date!
Here is what Hubby wants me to do today.
Remember FORM is KEY!!! as well as speed!!!
Equipment needed: Kettle bell. Remember, if you do not have a kettle bell, you can use things around the house!
25 burpees
THEN 6 rounds with a break
5 Kettle bell swings (Check out right form, here!)
10 push-ups
15 air squats
THEN Finish it off with
25 Burpees
I am heading out now to do this bad boy! I will post time when complete!

I’ve never used a kettle ball, what weight do suggest starting off with?

When I first started out, I used a 10lb weight. I wanted to get the feel and form down. FORM is important! I then went up to 15 lbs, again, just using a weight. Today, I used my new kettle bell {thanks to hubby!} which is 25 lbs.
